Refund / Cancellation Policy
- If the customer wants to cancel the order, we require written notice either by fax or email. The customer has the right to cancel an order for goods that starts when placed and ends 14 days from when they receive the goods.
- If a customer cancels the order, please note that they are responsible for all return shipping charges. Web OS Trade only provides free standard delivery with all orders. Suppose a customer asked for special delivery options when the goods were first shipped. For example, next-day delivery, the enhanced delivery charge is not refundable. The customer must ensure adequate packing of the goods to protect against damage. Return shipping charges are $15 or $20 per tree, $10 or $10 per wreath or garland.
- We are sorry, but we cannot accept the following returns:
- Unauthorized returns
- Damaged products due to mishandling
- If the customer fails to return the goods, we will arrange a return and charge the direct cost of the collection plus $10 per carton. Suppose the customer fails to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned, resulting in damage or deterioration. In that case, we will charge you a $35 per carton fee to reduce value.
- The customer should get a refund within 14 days of either Web OS Trade getting the goods back or providing evidence of having returned the goods. Thank you so much for being so understanding.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty.
Exchange: If the customer returns the original item to purchase an item of equal or greater value, Web OS Trade will waive the shipping fee. Suppose a customer is returning the actual item to buy a different item of lesser value. In that case, Web OS Trade will charge a small shipping fee.
What is the return policy?
We want our customers to be delighted with Web O S Trade purchases.
- Suppose customers are not completely satisfied with the purchase. In that case, they may cancel the order from the moment they have placed the order until 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. The customer will receive a refund within 14 days of either Web OS Trade getting the goods back or providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner.
- Unless the goods are defective, damaged, or not as specified on your order acknowledgment, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
- We recommend you use a tracked delivery service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. Suppose there has been a change of mind. In that case, it is the customers’ responsibility to meet all costs of the returned delivery and take care that goods produced are in a reasonable condition.
- If you find that an item is faulty or damaged, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Service. We will offer you a full refund for the order (this includes standard original delivery cost).
- All returned goods should neither be used, nor assembled or part assembled and should be returned with their original packaging, except where the items are faulty.
- You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and ensure that goods are not damaged in return transit to Web OS Trade. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty.
- We recommend you use a tracked delivery service for the return of the items. We can arrange a collection service for you at your expense.
- This Returns Policy is in accordance with your right to cancel a contract formed at a distance under the Consumer Rights Law of the USA.
- It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned to a state where they can be resold.

All the canceled orders will be fully refunded following our returns policy above and within 14 days of either Web OS Trade getting the goods back or providing evidence of having returned the goods (for example, a proof of postage receipt from the post office), whichever is sooner.
If you request a replacement in place of a refund, the new item will be dispatched upon receiving the returned goods at Web OS Trade.
If you require replacement goods urgently, please get in touch with us or place an additional order. The original canceled order will be refunded in the usual way.
Note: There is no refund accepted after providing the consultation.
